Second Bush River Dredging Meeting Scheduled |

Due to the overwhelming attendance at the meeting on November 17, 2005,
a second meeting to discuss navigational improvements to Otter Point
Creek/Bush River has been scheduled.
Meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on December 12, 2005 in the school
cafeteria at Church Creek Elementary School, 4299 Church Creek Road in
Riverside.
Many people who attended the first meeting were unable to hear the
presentation and participate in the discussion due to the size of the
meeting room.
The same presentation will be given for the construction of the dredged
material placment site, dredging of the proposed channel, spur
channels, funding and the time-line for the project completion.
The comments received during the first meeting, including the need for dredging along the Perryman side, will also be discussed.
