BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF MARYLAND
IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF CONSTELLATION POWER SOURCE GENERATION, INC. FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AUTHORIZING THE MODIFICATION OF THE PERRYMAN GENERATING STATION IN HARFORD COUNTY, MARYLAND
CASE NO. 9136
NOTICE OF HEARING FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
On January 29, 2008, Constellation Power Source Generation, Inc. (“CPSG”), 750 East Pratt Street, 17th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, filed with the Maryland Public Service Commission an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (“CPCN”) to Modify its Perryman Generating Station located in Harford County at 900 Chelsea Road. CPSG requests that the Commission authorize the installation of additional generating capacity at the existing Perryman Plant in the form of ten dual-fuel simple-cycle combustion turbine units, along with certain supporting equipment.
A hearing for public comment in this matter is hereby scheduled for:
Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 7 p.m.

Persons wishing to comment on the Application may attend the evening hearing. In addition, written comments will be accepted. Written comments must be submitted by December 4, 2008 to Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul St., Baltimore, MD 21202-6806. Please reference “Case No. 9136” in the submission.
