Started with review of last meetings notes.
Harry had not heard anything from consultants for community planning.
Putting together agenda for 11/16 community meeting. Harry to talk about the development committee and it’s attempt at being proactive as far as the development of the Perryman Peninsula. We want to avoid the type of development allowed such as Eagles Landing and the senior housing approved across from the Clorox building.
Harry asked Chuck Mezan to look into the latest developments with the area road plans.
Harry asked that Mike Carr give a summary of the August 15 meeting with the County Executive David Craig and Economic Director Tom Sadowski. Â
Mike will also be contacting the sewer authority for an update on the sewer break and the development by SynVest. Harry asked to look into the possibility of the Harford Land Trust buying the property SynVest had tried to develop.
Glenn is going to give a presentation on proper fertilization of lawns and it’s affect on the Bush River.
The Forest Greens – Perryman Community Association's (FGPCA), Development Committee has published the final version of the "Community's Recommendations for Development on the Perryman Peninsula".
