Location: Harry Yarnell's house
Harry Webster introduced Jim Shaw, a developer in Harford County, now working on the redevelopment plan in Crisfield.
Shaw recommended the following:
1.   Develop a community plan - loaned us a copy of Chester/Stevensville Community plan
2.   Recommended we become 501(c)3 organization
3.   Stressed community involvement and unity are essential
4.   Present completed plan to county
Shaw recommended other sources of assistance: David Southerland,
703-795-4051, has land planning group; Tony Redmond, 410-822-9630, is a land planner in Easton.
Harry Yarnell said that the Community Association developed a plan with limits and requirements.
David Miller recommended we work with land conservation groups; owners have plans in the works now but are playing it close.
Heather Cisar said we should work with the ACUP(Army Compatible Use Program) as well as others in developing a coalition to help with our plan. Glenn Dudderar will get vision statements for each committee member's review.
Next meeting will be on October 21, 7pm at Debbie Diering's house, 1633 Perryman Road.
