Development Committee's Response to Perryman Rezoning

Over the past several months the Forest Greens - Perryman Community Association's Development Committee has been working with County officials and Coscan/Adler LLC, the developers who currently have a contract to purchase property in Perryman, to form a response to the proposed rezoning of over 650 acres on the Perryman Peninsula from LI to R4 and another 88 acres from R3 to R4.

The committee has concluded that unrestrained R4 single zoning code can not accomplish the stated goals of the community which are documented in "The Community Recommendations for Sustainable Growth and Quality of Life on the Perryman Peninsula".

The following letters are the committee's response to Coscan/Adler LLC and Harford County Department of Planning and Zoning.
