MD 715 - RT40 Construction Update Open House

On Wednesday night, February 15, 2012, SHA is hosting a community informational meeting/open house to provide an update on the US 40/MD 715 interchange improvement project under construction.

The public is invited to learn more about ongoing construction activities, temporary lane closures and the upcoming one-year detour of the ramp from US 40 East to MD 715 South and APG beginning early spring 2012.

The meeting will be held in the Aberdeen Middle School Cafeteria, 111 West Mount Royal Avenue. Citizens may stop by at any time between 6 and 8 p.m. to view project displays and speak to project team members. No formal presentation will be given.

If Harford County Public Schools are closed on February 15 due to a winter storm, the SHA meeting will be held on Monday, February 27 at the same place and time.

Construction Lane Closure Schedule - Winter 2012:

US 40 Eastbound (to Aberdeen):
Lane closures may take place Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day.

US 40 Westbound (to Edgewood):
Lane closures may take place Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. the next day.

MD 715 Northbound (outbound from APG): Lane closures may take place Sunday - Thursday nights between 7 p.m. and 2 p.m. the next day.

MD 715 Southbound (inbound to APG): Lane closures may take place Sunday - Thursday between 9 a.m. and 5 a.m. the next day.
