The US Army Corps of Engineers is preparing an Environmental Impact Statement
(EIS) for use in decision making regarding the Base Realignment and Closure
(BRAC) actions at APG. The EIS will address the environmental consequences
resulting from implementing actions and projects associated the realignment and
relocation activities A detailed description of the Commission's recommendations
